Additionally The ReUp Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notification. Site users must agree upon and abide by these changes accordingly. Please review this page periodically for changes. Any use of our Site at any time constitutes full acceptance of our service Terms.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE:
The ReUp Studio is a retailer of designer-quality goods offered at a great value to the consumer. Membership allows customers to purchase our designs and products.
All of the content that appears on the The ReUp Studio website, including all visuals, text, audio, and video clips are subject to copyright protections and /or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by the Site. Content of the website is intended solely for personal, noncommercial use by the users of our Site.
Membership for The ReUp Studio is free. However, our membership services are not available to users under the age of 18 or to members who, at our discretion, have been suspended or removed from the Site systems. Members agree to all terms of service and must only apply for membership if eligible.
The ReUp Studio may contact you or provide you with service-related and/ or promotional notices by means of postal mail, electronic mail, general site notifications, and more using the contact information you have provided to us.
At The ReUp Studio, we are committed to providing our customers with great quality products at low prices. Our products are sold online and through retail. We have done our best to display our items as accurately as possible on the Site. Please be aware, variations in style, colour, size, shape, and look may occur. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Exchanges section for further assistance.
Returns and Exchanges may not be available on customised products or orders.
Customised orders may taken 15 days to dispatch.
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt to the following address : 9th Floor, City Square, next to Zenith Complex, Shivajinagar, Pune-411005. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange (based on available sizes) and if applicable offer you store credits for shopping further on the website, provide that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. We do not offer returns facility for any of the customized pieces.
Also, note that the orders placed on stationery and accessories are not returnable or refundable once the piece has been received by the client.
Returns/Exchange not applicable on Discounted Merchandise.
You cannot access or use the The ReUp Studio website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. Also, you agree that no comments or other user submissions submitted by you to the The ReUp Studio website will violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal rights. You are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any comments you make.
By use of this Site, you agree to indemnify and hold The ReUp Studio(and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, as well as losses, expenses, damages, and costs, resulting from any violation of these terms of service or any activity related to your account.
We firmly believe in your privacy and the security of your personal information. We do not rent, sell or distribute our customer base or newsletter e-mails to anyone. We also do not store your credit card details on our server, all credit card purchases are processed through our secure payment gateway. Your privacy is important to us.
The Information We Collect:
You don't like spam. We don't like spam. Because of this, we only send our newsletter to email addresses that have opted in, and they may opt-out at any time. If you place an order with us, we send email messages pertaining to your order. We do not sell your email address to other parties.
Your Personal Information:
We collect your personal information when you provide it to us as you place your order, including your name, shipping and billing address, credit card number, and email address. We use this information to process your order, provide you with support, and update you on your order. We do not sell your personal information to other parties.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
